Secondary Character: Jaime Lannister
Jaime Lannister is Cersei’s Lannister’s twin brother, Cersei being older by only a handful of seconds. They share the same stunning good looks and have been each other’s best friends since they were children. In addition to his comeliness, Jaime has also been blessed with many physical gifts: his sense of balance, speed and natural talent make him one of the best knights in the Seven Kingdoms, easily defeating taller and stronger men. Jaime was raised to the Kingsguard when he was fifteen, becoming the youngest member in the history of the order. However, he is most known for slaying King Aerys II at the end of Robert’s Rebellion, the very same King he had sworn to protect; he has been known as Kingslayer ever since. Jaime adores his twin, Cersei Lannister, and is also one of the very few men in the Seven Kingdom who treats his younger brother, Tyrion Lannister, with genuine kindness and love. Jaime, captured by Robb Stark's men during the Battle of the Whispering Wood, remains a prisoner at Riverrun.
